Disponible inmediatamente! ⭐Hours: 25 - 40+ hours (25 - 40+ horas disponibles) ⭐Shifts: Part-time and Full-time; Day, Mid, and Night Shifts ⭐Pay: $10.50 - $13.00/hour We’re looking for numerous Custodians to join our teams in Zionsville, IN and Carmel, IN. What You Need: • Accountability to come to work on time and ready to work in proper dress code • Reliable transportation to and from work • Be able to maintain a dependable and punctual attendance record • Communication skills to talk to coworkers, school personnel and Marquis management • Willingness to grow & learn new processes and protocols in the cleaning industry What You Do: • Clean interior areas like hallways, restrooms, offices, and any other area as well as the perimeters of school building, parking lot, school fields, windows, and any other area assigned • Perform a wide variety of cleaning and general care tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, spot cleaning and any other task assigned by the supervisor • Collect and empty trash throughout the building • Disinfect and clean restrooms, including all equipment and fixtures. Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and soap • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment • Responsible for responsibly maintaining equipment and ensure the janitor’s space is neat and orderly • Be willing and able to adapt to changing policies, procedures, and/or duties as directed by management Our Dress Code: • You are expected to use good judgment in the maintenance of your personal hygiene and professional wardrobe • Company shirts are required to be worn daily About Us: Locally owned and operated in Indianapolis, IN, we are committed to providing top quality janitorial cleaning services to our customers.
