MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Full time position for maintenance technician available in Fort Wayne. Ready for immediate hire. Duties include: - Apartment turns - Completion of work orders - Interior and exterior building maintenance - Grounds inspection and clean up - 24 hour on-call for emergency calls Requirements: - Basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical working knowledge - Minimum 2 years maintenance experience - Ability to lift minimum 50 pounds - Valid driver’s license and transportation This position is for a 100 unit apartment complex. The property is not managed by a large company. Taking care of our residents is the top priority. Pay is dependent on experience with growth potential.
