Bcs Rv Park is looking for self motivated maintenance/lawn care person. Job duties include but not limited to trash pick up, mowing, weed eating, tree trimming, basic plumbing, basic electrical, customer service, and filling propane cylinders. This person must be willing to live on-site in a company provided unit (for free) when the unit becomes available and must be willing to get propane certified at the companies expense. The hours will be Mon, Tues, Weds: 7am-3pm and Sat and Sun: 9:30am-4pm. Pay is $2000 a month salary, $5.00 a week for laundry, free propane, insurance is offered after 90 days that is split 50/50 with the company, 1 week paid vacation after first year of employment and 2 weeks every year after.
