CL rules say "no animal sales or breeding -- rehoming with small adoption fee is ok." Direct quote. So anyone posting animals that are "purebred" or "registered" are breeding the animals. Anyone asking for three or four hundred dollars is selling the animal for profit. It's very simple. Scammers are people breaking the rules.
