Lost my male black lab mix

My dog was last seen at I-10 and St. Mary's. He is 5yrs old and we were visiting family in Tucson when he got loose from the yard. He has a white patch on his chest, purple spots on his tongue ams he was wearing a black collar. His name is Vince. We live in Texas ans I had to go home without him. Please help me find him so I can bring him back home to Texas to his family. Thank you.
