1. create recipes for foods
2. source ingredients
3. prepare these foods for local sales and eventually sales on a wider scale

must have access to a local, professional kitchen
must have at least 3 years experience as a professional chef in a restaurant or other commercial food service environment
must have expert knowledge of foods and seasonings
