This part time position is located in Marlborough, MA. Our client is looking for someone to work 15-20 hours/week spread over 3 days. Responsibilities include managing client service issues and inquiries, resolving client concerns and requests. Must be able to work in a team/job share type environment. Process client transactions with insurance carriers, manage renewal and new business. Office support duties, renew insurance licenses, calculate commission reports and ensure receipt of commission payments. One should be PC literate with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Salesforce.
