Looking for a reliable individual to join our team in maintaining our buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Duties will include snow removal; painting; groundskeeping; furniture moves; and minor building repairs on plumbing, electrical, appliances, furniture, vehicles, tools, and related equipment. This position will also share security and emergency maintenance response with other members of the maintenance team. A minimum two years of relevant experience and a mechanical aptitude and a general knowledge of facility maintenance are required. Qualified applicants must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends, after business hours and overtime. Climate conditions will vary on external weather conditions, and exposure to sub-degree temperatures can be expected. Regular exposure to equipment and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid Alaska driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record. A pre-hire drug screening will be conducted before beginning employment.
