Description

To ensure the success of each student, the Transcendental Meditation technique is taught exclusively by certified teachers over four days. Here are more details regarding the course structure, time commitment and course fee. Please note this is an in-person course. The three follow-up sessions will take place Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at 7pm. Participants will have to reserve their personal instruction spot by using a secure payment link Adrian will provide few days before the the course kick-off.
