YourBikerGang.com is the FUNNEST e-bike adventure company based in Austin, TX. We are expanding across the country with new locations and have recently launched in Panama City, Florida. Our Road Captains are not tour guides, they are Sherpas of fun and adventure and are the stars of the show! We’re looking for charismatic leaders with a love of their city and the willingness to go above and beyond for our guests. If you’re a great conversationalist, with an outgoing personality where being “on-stage” and the center of attention is second nature, you’re the Road Captain candidate we’ve been searching for! You’ll never get a 2nd Opportunity to make a 1st Impression so we are looking for a Road Captain that embodies the following qualities and characteristics: ~Passionate and knowledgeable about Panama City and its rich history ~Charismatic, energetic, outgoing ~Confident and experienced bicycles, including e-bikes ~Self-motivated with a positive outlook and attitude ~Punctual and prepared ~Understand the importance of safety while delivering a quality experience ~Assertive and engaging presentation style ~Strong multitasking skills ~Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record ~Active smartphone on current operating system required ~Excellent communication skills ~Detail-oriented, clean & organized work ethic ~A photographer's eye to capture fun moments! ~10 second likability! We offer competitive pay plus tips, the opportunity to work outdoors riding one of the most RAD E-Bikes on the market & the gratitude of all the smiling faces you will be crafting life long memories for.
