Talmadge And Associates in Atlanta, GA is looking for one sales manager to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 3800 Centre Parkway Building 1800 Ste 110. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. This is a Work from Home Opportunity in addition to working from the office if needed. Responsibilities Train, coach, and develop sales reps Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with business needs Build and maintain strong clientele relationships Qualifications Experience working in a sales position is a plus but not required Ability to manage and lead a team to success Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
