BROCKTON, MA — A Brockton man has been arrested on multiple drug and firearm possession charges following a traffic stop in Roxbury Wednesday evening, said Massachusetts State Police in a news release. Eliah Woolley, 20, was traveling on Washington Street towards Egleston Square at approximately 5:20 p.m. when officers pulled him over for having revoked auto insurance, said police. They discovered Woolley had two outstanding warrants, one out of Hingham District Court for attempting to commit a crime and the other from Brockton District Court for home invasion. During a search of Woolley's vehicle, officers recovered a loaded Smith & Wesson 9mm M&P Shield with four rounds in the magazine and an obliterated serial number, said police. They also found 31 grams of a substance suspected to be crack cocaine and 42 pills suspected to be Xanax. Woolley will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court at a later date.
