Environment Control of Jacksonville East, Inc., (EC) is a locally owned and operated janitorial services company doing business in NE Florida for 20 years. We are now hiring office cleaners for the following: Ponte Vedra Beach-- Mon-Sat-2.8 hrs/nite Southside-- Mon/Wed/Fri 3hrs/nite; Mon-Sat 2.2 hours/nite Mandarin - Mon-Fri 2 hrs/nite More availability openings. Consistent work schedules (usually start 5:30 pm or later and average 7-15 hours/week total depending upon assignments). You will perform specific janitorial duties and responsibilities per contracts. We supply all cleaning materials and equipment which are of high quality and well maintained. These are key-holder positions. Summary of Qualifications - Prefer previous janitorial experience in medical, commercial or hotel industry. Must be able to meet the essential physical demands of the position including the ability to stand at least 2 hours at a time, lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Will frequently walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, lift and carry. Must have reliable transportation to travel to client site(s) within assigned territory, a current valid Florida drivers' license, and must have a clean background history. Qualified candidates must have effective time management skills to work quickly and thoroughly, organized, have effective interpersonal skills, trustworthy, reliable, motivated, and detail oriented.
