We are a mid-size company with 12 crews, not too big or too small. We are growing, with opportunity for advancement. Pay Day is every Friday! We also offer benefits and paid holidays. We are looking for experienced Crew Members for both our Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Crews. Crew Members will be using a variety of equipment such as: zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, edgers, string trimmers, pruning shears, blowers, hedge trimmers. If working on one of our Landscape crews, you will be working with tools such as; shovels, rakes, wheel barrels, etc., You will also be required to follow specific safety guidelines.  HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR SIGNING BONUS? • PASS 2-WEEK TRIAL PERIOD TO DETERMINE IF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS, AS OUTLINED IN JOB POSITING, ARE MET. • MUST HAVE PERFECT ATTENDANCE FOR 30 days. Qualifications and Experience Requirements FOR CREW MEMBERS: At least 1-year experience in lawn maintenance Highly experienced with commercial weed eaters, edgers, and hedge trimmers Have a positive attitude, willing to learn, is a team player, and is dependable At least 18-years old Have your own transportation to and from work
