Ragdoll cat in the University Heights

My cat went missing a few months ago. When she went missing she was only six months old but by now I know she has become an adult cat. I did not give up on looking for her. I have came in contact with a neighbor that lives within the area of University Heights and they have told me they have seen her around. Due to her becoming lost it seems she has become a stray cat. I would like to find her and if possible get her back so I can bring her home. And give her a loving home that she once had before she went missing. She is a ragdoll cat with blue eyes. At the time that she went missing she had a collar on so as of now that she has gotten bigger I'm sure the collar has gotten tight on her. I'm very concerned about her especially with that collar around her neck. I appreciate it if anyone is able to help me locate exactly where she might be at or the spot she might mainly be seen at. I would really like to get her back and return to me. I've been missing her all these months that she's been gone. Not once did I give up on finding her. She was spotted in the area of University Heights location of Coal and Girard area. Please do contact me if you have seen her or maybe where you might think I may find her. Pet mom here and just want my baby Sandy back home where she should be. The pictures here that I'm posting are when she was 4 months old but her body markings should be the same as she is today.
