Description
On Sunday, March 14, we will spring forward into days that are lighter, thanks to Daylight Savings Time. This workshop will help us to ignite our own brilliance and keep us on a path towards healing. The workshop will include discussion, healing poses, appropriate readings, and breathwork. In many ways, we have all had the experience of a season filled with anxiety. Everything discussed in the workshop is always confidential. All levels of students are welcome. Poses will mainly be restorative. This workshop will be held virtually via Zoom and a link will be emailed out an hour before the workshop is set to begin.
