PRODUCTION WORKERS Indoor produce farm $9.00/hr to start, up to $12.72/hr once hired on. Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday thru Thursday Weekend work available also Friday, Saturday and Sunday Full Benefits after hired on. Sleep while we drive you to the job! Bonus of $18.00 per day for ride there and back! Snacks while we drive you back from the job! You will be processing food product, boxing it up and placing it on pallets. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift a minimum of thirty pounds. Must be able to stand on your feet for a 9.5-hour shift. Be able to stoop and bend and pay attention to a moving production line. Must be able to work in 40°–45° degree facility, production coat will be provided. Must be able to pack containers, place containers in boxes for shipping. Must be able to follow all standard operating procedures. Must have the ability to work independently and productively with limited supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team. Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) for food processing. Must be able to communicate with supervisors and other employees and follow directions. Must be able to move hands at a continuous fast pace to keep up with product flow.
