My construction company is growing and hiring right now, both part-time and full-time positions. $18-55/hr (W-2) depending on experience. Full benefits after 90 days (optional, company pays 50% or 100% depending on which benefit, but it’s a VERY good healthcare plan). Full-time employment required for benefits unless you are a master tradesman ($45/hr+). Job is outdoors daily with rare exceptions. Industry is construction/handyman (roofing, masonry, drywall repair, welding, cleaning/porters, handyman repairs, electrical, etc.). The ideal hire is a Journeyman/Master Tradesman with broad skill set (background in full remodel/rehab that can do anything/everything and doesn’t mind transitioning to outdoor/rough construction as needed).
