We are looking to fill a key production position. Willing to train operations to a candidate that can demonstrate a history with basic construction skills, use of hand tools, able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet for 8+ hr shift. The position works independently in our facility and the candidate must be able to work once trained independently as all our team members do. In our facility our work stations are spread apart well over 50 ft giving us plenty of social distancing and we have had no issues. Duties will include Machine set up and operation of automated sandblasting operation. Production flow within time completion structures. Basic crating and packaging of completed projects in preparation of shipping. Basic maintenance on equipment. We carve stone and wood for several markets. This position is a key point in our production team. Daily production schedules are set everyday and the completion is mandatory for the operation. We are a custom manufacture and the projects we work on ship nationwide. The nature of the business keeps a steady flow on something new. This is not a simple production line job this is a position that will become a skilled craftsman and we are willing to train the candidate that is willing to work. Our business has been open everyday of the past year with the work we do and we have experienced great growth for the past 12 years with complete expectations of 2021 be our best year yet. We are privately locally owned. If you meet the requirements and can work independently in a production environment. We offer Full time hours Mon-Fri 7:30 to 4:00 PM Seasonal overtime 5+ hours per week 6-8 months of year. Paid vacations Paid Holidays We will train the right person for 30 days and on successful completion of training and on time history to work we will move this to 14.00. This position pay scale for experienced person is 16-18.00 hr. Medical insurance is available.
