Carmalor OH LLC DBA Holden House Apartments is seeking out entry-level, and/or experienced applicants to fill positions within our Maintenance department. We have a full-time position and contract positions available. The right candidate will be attentive to detail, a strong problem solver, self-motivated, able to budget their time effectively, and have a clean background. Maintenance technicians will be exposed to a wide variety of work orders, but common tasks include the following, - Painting - Drywall Install, patching, and demo - Vinyl floor tiles (Install/Replace) - General Basic Plumbing - General Basic Electrical - Trash/Garbage removal - Cleaning/upkeep of the buildings common area, units, and grounds as necessary Salary is based on experienced, we will train as necessary You will need: - Your own tools - Reliable transportation - Able to work Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm (Hour break for lunch) - Basic Plumbing experience - Basic Electrical experience
