Skills: -understanding of water chemistry, chemicals and proficiency in cleaning and maintaining pools -repair/replace all pool related equipment. -competency in electrical problem solving. -lead and direct techs on or off a job site. Responsibilities: -Oversee a team of technicians. -Coordinate with the business office in billing and payroll as needed. -Handle customer questions and concerns with care and competence. -Professional in appearance and dress.
