Housekeeper / Cleaning person needed to clean and prep vacant apartment units for a small rental property management company. Ideal candidate would be flexible with hours as demand varies. Must provide own equipment such as mops/buckets, rags, sponges and vacuum cleaner. Cleaning chemicals are provided. Must have reliable transportation to and from 3 separate locations within the Kingsland - Saint Marys area.
employee can be 1099 or regular hourly wage.
