While we provide full training and licensing support, we cannot teach someone integrity and true caring. We find that the field of financial services often attracts the wrong type of people for the wrong reasons due to the significant income potential. This is why we do not look to hire financial professionals. We look for people who are already service and giving oriented, teachers pastors, fire fighters and policemen, church goers and stay at home parents and we teach them to become financial professionals serving not just the traditional wealthy, but also lower and middle income families. Just a few hours a week could make all the difference. You determine your own hours, your own pace and your own compensation potential.
