We are an independently owned company and offer mainly residential but some commercial services, specializing in all types of lawn services, landscaping, hardscaping, and exterior enhancements. When customers choose us, they quickly learn that their needs will be met by trained professional specialists who provide responsible, reliable, and superior service. • Duties will include meeting with customers to determine site needs. • Designing projects. • Preparing project estimates. • Working with installation crews to achieve customer satisfaction. • Attend required department meetings and company or vendor training as required. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. • Position requires local plant and construction technique knowledge. • Experience with the design and install of hardscapes helpful. • Excellent communication & customer service skills. • Ability to prioritize work load, work under pressure and still maintain good composure. • Dependable and self-motivated with desire to work year-round. • High school diploma or GED is desired but not a must. • Valid TX Drivers License.
