It's busy season and Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add general maintenance contractors to the team. The properties are located all over Greater Houston so the location of work will depend on your home base. The majority of the homes we work on are occupied. We are doing general home maintenance repairs NOT turns, rehabs or remodels. Quality and reliability are the keys to success with us. Requirements: -Reliable truck, van or SUV -Must have your own tools -Pass a Background Check -Valid drivers license and insurance -Smart phone Looking for someone who can do: -Drywall/texture/painting -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Roofing -Fence work -General handyman/home maintenance work Our Company: - This is not a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work. - We are NOT looking for someone to "sell" when on site. We send you to get the work done. -We pay for all materials. - This is a 1099 contractor position. - We operate off an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures.
