Beach house for a birth

I would like to give birth at the beach but obviously I dont know what day that will actually happen. I'm willing to rent a place for a week but if you happen to have a beachouse or know anyone who would let me have a home birth at their place please let me know. I'll be having a midwife come and she will have her birthing pool and I'd like to be outside so if there is a screen porch or deck with ocean or water view that would be ideal. I'm expected to be due July 12 and my birthday is July 15 so most likely that week
