This position is responsible for supervising the day to day activities of a landscape maintenance crew. You must have prior Landscape Supervisor experience to be considered for this position. Roles & Responsibilities • Supervises and clearly directs all landscape maintenance activities of the crew. • Ensures that crew members have all the required safety materials, training, and tools necessary to complete daily work activities on a daily basis. • Ensures the job is fully completed before leaving the property. • Ensures crew works safely at all times. • Conducts pre-trip inspection of vehicles and reports issues to mechanic for repair. • Conducts uniform inspection and issues new items when deficiencies are found. • Transports crew to and from job sites, adhering to all Company safety policies and state/county laws. • Interacts with maintenance managers, employees, and customers as needed to ensure Company success. • Reports issues with equipment to mechanic at the end of each day. • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures. Required Qualifications • Proficient at operating all equipment used in landscape maintenance. • Must be able to train and instruct all other employee’s on proper and safe use of equipment. • Time management skills. • General knowledge of turf and plant species. • General knowledge of turf chemicals and pesticides. • Clean driving record. • 4-5 Years Commercial Experience preferred providing landscape maintenance services. • Detail oriented and ability to multitask. • Strong work ethic. • Drug Free Workplace • Benefits available after Probationary Period Job Type: Full-time
