Hamsters with cages

I have two female teddy bear hamsters. They both have their own cages but are starting to chew the plastic ledges of them quite a bit! They can not be housed together or they fight incredibly bad. I’m keeping them in my office where the dog won’t bother them and they just don’t get enough attention. I’ve had them since they left their mom. One is very sweet the other is a little more shy. Neither has ever bit. I would love for them to go somewhere they can have more attention!
