-must have own climb equipment, saddle, ropes, saw, etc.
-own vehicle and able to drive to and from job sites
-pays 15% of job
-climb focused with some ground trim and some clean up
-part of a team working for the same goal
-ideal climber is willing to help get jobs done once out of tree
-company check, W-9, 1099, contractor status
-must have own contractor insurance
