I’m a designer/maker of unique handmade vegan handbags made with non-toxic materials. I recently lost my studio that I had for the past 10 years and am looking for another studio/workspace in Manhattan. I need a basic space, approximately 250-300 square feet to design and make my work. Natural light would be great, but I’m flexible and would be happy to rent out extra space in your studio that is closed off, extra space not being used, or the back room of a store. Like me, the space should be clean, and be reasonably priced. About me, I’m easy going, friendly, and respectful of others. I’m responsible, have good energy, and get along with everybody. Also, I’m reliable, pay on time, and prefer long-term use.
