Positions are currently open to work with a friendly, smart, and kind young woman who loves life, has a great attitude, is great company, and is also in a wheelchair. Staff must be comfortable in working with a person in a wheelchair and helping with transfers, showering, dressing, and other activities of daily living. She is looking for staff between the hours at 6pm and 10am Monday-Sunday. She needs permanent, consistent staff as well as a per-diem staff, who would be able to fill any shift that becomes available. ***Currently hiring LPNs/ RNs & companion/caregivers*** Shifts Currently Being Filled: · Monday-Friday: 6PM-2AM = 40 hours/week · Monday-Friday: 2AM-10AM = 40= hours/week · Saturday & Sunday: 6PM-10AM= 32 hours/ week · 1-2 Per-diem staff, (as needed for call outs & who would be next fill any permeant shift which becomes open, preference based on those first hired, their availability and individual’s request). = as needed to start with the possibility of taking over one of the above shifts. Please Respond to [email protected] if you meet the requirements stated at the bottom of this ad and answer questions #1-3. 1) Why you are interested in this position and describe any relevant professional or personal experience 2) What shift you are interested in  3) Your resume, and any other valid credentials 4) Your name and phone number, in case needed for a phone screening In order to apply, you must be able to meet the below requirements: * Must be able to drive to the Morristown, NJ area for assigned shift. * Must be friendly, respectful, reliable, professional, and have positive energy.   * Must have effective communication and problem-solving skills and be able to consistently perform the duties necessary of the position while working with the individual as an equal and listening to their wants and needs. * Must be able to pass fingerprinting check and state background check. *Must be willing to complete state required and person-centered training requirements as well as ongoing training as needed. * Must be able to pass a drug test upon hire and any random drug test issued during employment. *Must have a safe vehicle, up to date insurance, registration, and valid license with no more than 4 points on your driving record. *Must have or must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification. *Must be willing to communicate and be a part of a team to enhance the individual’s circle of care. *Must adhere to COVID-19 Safety Protocol and safety measures.
