Job Description Hiring Immediately: COVID-19 Response Team Staffer $18-20 per hour. Therapia Staffing is hiring COVID-19 Response Team Staffers to support Florida's vaccine rollout program. Job Description: Staffers will be responsible for conducting vaccination scheduling and outreach to underrepresented communities. The purpose of this operation is to make sure ALL Floridians are vaccinated equitably. Successful applicants will be engaging, positive, and outgoing individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to think on their feet. Canvassers will: Knock door-to-door and talk with local residents about vaccine eligibility. Work individually and in teams to achieve personal and team goals Promote city vaccination sites and get residents scheduled for their vaccines Answer questions regarding the vaccination program Meet reporting requirements and accountability guidelines The following experience and qualifications will lead to success: Previous paid canvass experience Telemarketing or retail marketing experience Social service or organizing experience Census work Canvassers must be able to: Speak English Use phone to track and submit data and to sign up for shifts Perform data entry and reporting functions Work independently and as part of a team Work outdoors, on foot, walking, for up 8-hours a day Be available to work 7 days per week. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
