Do you love plants? Do you enjoy working outdoors? Does productivity motivate you? LC Staffing has partnered with a local nursery that needs 5-10 Laborers. No experience necessary. Overview: General Laborers potting trees, shrubs, and perennials. We are willing to accept candidates that are filling a time void until they start a previously scheduled commitment. This is a non-smoking environment due to it harming the plants and there is an expectation of showing up on time and do your best working all day. You will be rewarded for performance. Physical Requirements Must be capable of bending over and lifting 50 lbs repeatedly. Accustomed to working/recreating outdoors. Suitable weather appropriate attire is needed. Starting wage is $15 per hour with generous and attainable production bonuses of $2 to $5 per hour in addition to the hourly wage. Overtime at time and a half is available after 40 hours. Extra hours each day and Saturday work is available. Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. This can lead to full-time year-round employment and a leadership position.
