Press release from the City of Boulder: March 10, 2021 Boulder Police detectives have made their first arrest in the ongoing investigation of criminal acts that occurred during the University Hill riot this past weekend. Henry M. Chardack, 20, was arrested this morning on the charges of felony first degree criminal trespass, misdemeanor criminal mischief and misdemeanor engaging in a riot.
