Hi, I own 150 Single Family Homes. I am looking for you to manage all the maintenance and turn work. You must be super experienced in HVAC/Appliance work - or gig will not be successful. Business must operate with in 10 miles of 55421- or not worth your commute. We need Minimum of 2-3 full time maintenance techs.
