Gong Bath Sound Journey: Spring renewal! Our theme for this event is the Spring renewal.... YAY!!! Celebrate Spring by treating yourself to a beautiful and relaxing sound journey! Relax and enjoy the healing and transformative power of the Gong! You'll be transported to a new level of calm and serenity! Dress comfortably, bring water and due to Covid 19, you must bring your own pillow, yoga mat, blanket, and bolsters if you need them to be comfortable laying on the floor. Please message me if you plan to bring zero gravity chairs so we can make sure we have plenty of room. Sleeping bags are also welcome! Please wear a mask to this event and once everyone is safely distanced on their mats, you may remove the mask during the event.
