Missing road bike following accident

Hello, My father in law was in some type of bike accident (he was knocked unconscious and has a concussion so is unsure of what happened) on Tuesday (3/9) afternoon in Parkside at Georges Hill Dr & N 52nd St. He was picked up by an ambulance and we're not sure if the ambulance left the bike behind, or if the bike stolen. We're in search of the bike - Kellogg brand, custom frame blue/green colored road bike (will post a pic ASAP). If anyone has any information, has seen the bike, or even saw the accident, please contact me, thank you! Anna
