So, my name is Mandy and I have my 11yr old son with me. I am on a time crunch to find us a home. I work full time with having 2 1/2yrs with my current employer. I am in a position where I can't afford the average rent cost but make too much for Section 8. HUD has a 5yr waiting list. I have deposit, 1st months rent, and if required, a pet deposit in hand.
