My company is looking for General Contractors in the Hickory area. I have multiple projects that need a licensed and insured General Contractor who can handle a variety of different types of projects. Please only apply if you work in the Hickory area. I need someone who can visit the jobsite daily to ensure the correct crew is onsite each day. We are looking to do complete house remodels in 8 weeks. Bonuses can be agreed upon if completed early. Payments are guaranteed to be made within a week of completed milestones. Looking to flip 10-12 houses a year, so plenty of repeat business for the contractor that can successfully perform.
