Job description Lead unit Vacuum, clean and mop floor, etc. as needed Expand the unit market Answer calls for unit Important note: This is a 1099, independent contractor position. Benefits of employment: Starting rate $15.00 hourly plus occasional tips 5% commission on new contract Weekly pay $250 holiday bonus after 6 months of employment and increase up to $500 every 6 months. 20-48 hours a week based on the quality of work Travel reimbursement; 32¢ per mile when own vehicle is used Safe cleaning products provided Requirements of Employment: *Be at least 21 years old to apply *Be available to work Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm *Have your own reliable vehicle and proof of car insurance *Be able to work in homes with pets *Be able to pass a national background check *Be able to speak and read English fluently If this sounds like the job for you, reply to this add with your resume ASAP.
