Flexible hours. Perfect for retired wanting a little something to do. The responsibilities include: - Grounds check and trash pickup. - Light Lawn work - Resolve maintenance issues on the property. - Prepare vacant units for rental. - Light Painting Must have a reliable vehicle (preferably a pickup truck) and possess a valid driver's license.
