Groundskeeper SKYLARANNA Hotel & Resort is looking for a full time groundskeeper and property maintenance person year round. Duties include: -General property clean up: fallen branches, blowing leaves, clearing paths, trimming bushes, pruning -Pressure washing, sweeping decks -Painting -Event set up (moving chairs, tables, small decor duties) -General handyman tasks -Gardening & weeding -Maintenance and installation of ground lighting -Chicken coop cleaning & maintenance -Seasonal decorating of buildings -Pool & hot tub maintenance -Cutting wood, must be capable of safely running a chainsaw. Additional small tasks as needed on the property. Responsible for entire look and care of everything at the resort. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation. A background check will be performed before hiring. Hours are full time and flexible, this position is an independent contractor.
