Description
Property Management company looking for an experienced maintenance person with at least 3 years carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing experience. Must have reliable transportation. Wage based on experience. Please email with either resume or prior experience and skills.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Maintenance:- Troubleshoot and repair, if possible, any maintenance calls from tenants regarding electrical, plumbing, or any other general repairs needed in the units.
Carpentry: Installing kitchen cabinets, countertops and floors. Also installing new tub/surround, vanities, and toilets, painting, and installing interior doors as needed for remodeling of units.
