Interested in booking a tribute act? We are two women and a piano/guitar/trombone/steelpan accompanist. We're interested in building a tribute act, and we're looking at collaborating with other established tribute acts. The women cover ABBA, Debbie Harry, Madonna, Cher... (or with the right wig, basically any female singer.) I cover Elton, Billy Joel, and Jimmy Buffet on guitar or steelpan. All but one of us is young, thin and attractive, guess which. Both women have run their own bands and are excellent musicians. They're the draw, I'm just trying to book us and be along for the ride, i don't care which instrument i play. We're also available as a cover band or duo for corporate events, festivals. Several of us speak a few languages. We can also add a 3-part horn section (sax, trumpet, trombone) for 60s, 70s dance music. We all sing and play guitar, read and teach music and arrange. For several years I've focused on being a piano accompanist for female singers (sometimes also on guitar) doing jazz and pop, teaching piano and voice... but I used to do standup comedy, impersonating Willy Nelson, Gordon Lightfoot, Neil Diamond... I also make youtube videos on how to imitate accents, vocal timbres and piano styles and am looking for collaborators. I do greenscreen, simple digital animation, DAW, EDM, bilingual songs... I'm a web developer by day. It's a boring, stressful job, and if i have to continue to sit in front of a keyboard, I'd at least like a change of scenery. We can help you create demo videos, EPKs. We're glad to help other tribute acts get established. We're unique, and see no downside to helping other unique talents, together or separately. We're launching a website for tribute acts. If you look like someone famous and can sing and play a few instruments well, or are female, just add yourself to our act and book us. If you're a great keyboard player, i'm fine with a duelling piano duo or jumping onto guitar, banjo, mandolin, dobro, upright, trumpet... We have live performance video doing jazz and pop covers. We can composite remote videos, and post covid that's perfectly legit. Please tell us about you and any opportunities or contacts you can facilitate, and send performance video if you have it. Unless you're female, please realize that you don't add much value if you're a musician who won't sing lead and harmony, a singer who hasn't bothered to learn a few instruments, or just-a-drummer... unless you can also book gigs. Please, no posers. We haven't done a tribute act before, but we're professional musicians and have learned the songs. Please be up front about who you are, what you've done, what you can do for us all. Thanks!
