Press release from the City of Roseville: March 10, 2021 Start making summer plans. The City of Roseville is now taking reservations for Central Park shelters. Roseville offers four picnic shelters that are available for rent from April 15 to October 15, 2021. Each shelter includes a kitchenette, electricity, water, restrooms, picnic tables and grills. Shelters have easy access to play areas and walking trails and offer other amenities. Because of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, some restrictions may be in place. The City of Roseville will follow the Center for Disease Control and Minnesota Department of Health guidelines, and guests will be required to sign a picnic shelter social distancing agreement.
