3rd Team Meeting Awards & Recognition @ 1:00 – 2:00 Lunch will be provided by our wonderful Vendors! The Third Team Meeting of the month is called the Awards & Recognition team meeting. We get together for a celebration of the previous month’s Rockstar's! For those of you who had a listing of 6% or higher the previous month we “Spin the Wheel” for cash (must be present to participate). We also take the time to recognize our agents for their monthly progress and for meeting goals. During this meeting we will provide an update on how the office did for profitability and what we are giving back in agent profit share! There are typically “needs and wants” voiced, as well as announcements made.
