Production Line Worker At ChemRite CoPac we contract blend and package liquids, creams, lotions, and pastes for a variety of markets. Due to customer demand, we are growing! We currently have openings for 15 part-time positions to work on our production lines. Production Line workers play a key role in daily production and we’re looking for candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment with a “can do” attitude to help us achieve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Pay: Starting wage is $12.50 with.50 cent raises every 6 months up to $14.50 per hour, based on performance • Typical hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Overtime is available for those who are willing to work longer hours to get the job done • Advancement: we promote from within. Individuals who display a strong work ethic are given priority for growth opportunities, as they become available Characteristics that will support success include: • Strong eye/hand coordination • Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time • Reliable transportation • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
