Natural Solutions is looking for a Class A and B MANUAL CDL Drivers to drive our mulch blowing trucks. If you are a hungry and motivated job candidate this is a great opportunity for you. Natural Solutions has grown year over year for the last six years and we are looking for the next set of employees to help our organization continue to expand. This is a job that will require both driving and manual labor. You will be working on a crew with one other employee installing mulch at multiple apartments, condominiums and commercial locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Our equipment does all of the actual work but you will be required to operate a backpack blower while on the job site. You will also assist your crew member with maneuvering and setting up our hoses on site to ensure efficient installation of material. Typical work weeks are around 50 hours per week. Candidates must have: - Valid CDL Driver's License - Must be able to drive manual transmission trucks - Reliable Transportation to work - Willingness to work on the job site Candidates must be: - Able to pass a drug test - Clean appearance - On time - Willingness to work overtime when needed (usually 6-8 Saturdays per year) We are a growing company with plenty of room for advancement.
