Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a lifestyle brand and one of the nation’s fastest growing upscale casual dining restaurants, is thrilled to bring its unique concept to Morton Grove with its newest location slated to open March 29th at 6731 Dempster Street. The Morton Grove location is the privately-owned company’s 14th in Illinois, and it’s 45 nationwide with four more to open by years end. In addition, Cooper’s Hawk hired nearly 100 people within the community, hiring front of the house and back of the house positions. There will be both indoor and outdoor seating available.
