2 rats and possible cage

We have two male rats that need a loving home. We did our research before adopting them but I just don't have the time available to care for and train them properly anymore with my new work schedule. We adopted them untrained and they no longer bite but are still skittish of people. I get two steps forward to have to work and end up backwards. They either need an experienced rat home that can train them or they can be snake food. Free w/o the cage. $100 with cage, bedding, lots of food and lining, 3 water bottles, 2 food bowls, toys, snacks, outdoor playpen, rat ball, etc. Overall over $500 in supplies. P/U in Tacoma because I cannot transport the cage. Delivery of just rats if local.
